very structured classroom
that has:
• A Daily Schedule printed on the board
• A Planner for homework and messages
that is used daily
• Established routines that the class knows well
• Clearly defined expectations and explanations
(Written down for the student)
• Verbal information and key concepts are paired
with visuals (pictures and/or written down)
• Instructions are given in steps and displayed
visually 1, 2, 3 . . .
• Templates or systems are provided to help
with organization
