NOTES:
**whats going well?... Olympic event, running club, pancake breakfast etc, basically everything, especially basketball! the students are "playing like crazy" some are bringing thier own balls, and are welcome to do so, there is storage for them at the school. Also, hockey is being played, on Tuesdays, again, sticks can be brought to and stored at the school.(please put students name on their sporting equipment.)
**There are upcoming play days for basketball at Elphistone School. Boys will be particpating on March 25th at Elphinstone, the girls on March 26th at Chatelech.
**FSA exams- results will be on the ministry website, the link can be found on MPES webpage.
** CUPE staff are still in the library, and will be for 2-3 more weeks.
**Sprockids-Mr. Thorsell has contacted Doug Detwiller and the RCMP in hopes of getting a date when they may be available to present the program to the students. It is hoped, that the event will take place on a school day, starting around noon and carrying on through the afternoon and into the early evening. This will be followed by a PAC sponsored BBQ.
OLD BUSINESS
Reminder! fundraiser quiz night and silent auction Friday March 19th 8pm at the legion. COME OUT AND PLAY!
PAC will pay for the end of the year/sports day BBQ, as well as any hot lunch that may be offered until the end of this school year.

NEW BUSINESS
Goals, objectives/ budget:Issues such as field trips, Pac sponsored BBQs, teachers wish lists, PAC sponsored extras (furniture for the new library, sprockids,etc) and fundraising events, have stayed fairly consistent year to year. PAC executive is to discuss and prepare, and present an outline for next year. This will be up for adoption at a future meeting.
Lori Fielding- presented the vision, mission and value statment to Fred Thorsell and PAC.

Welcomes public to come out to the meeting on Tuesday March 16th
NEW!!! Full day Kindergarten coming to all schools. There is funding for 110 spaces for September 2010, not certain what this means for our school. For September 2011 full day kindergarten will be mandatory. If you know a child and need more information, please visit www.sd46.bc.ca.
